FlowCree is a SaaS platform for generating video scripts, organizing content ideas, and managing publishing schedules for content creators on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
By creating an account, accessing or using FlowCree's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.
To use FlowCree, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
FlowCree offers several subscription plans (Free, Pro, Team, Agency). The prices and features of each plan are detailed on the pricing page of the website.
Payments are processed securely by our payment service provider, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you accept Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card data directly.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings ("Billing" section). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
In accordance with European legislation on digital goods, by immediately accessing the premium service after purchase, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. Therefore, payments are non-refundable unless there is a billing error on our part.
Using our AI features consumes "AI Credits" allocated each month according to your plan. These credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Script generation tools, variations, improvements: the results generated by AI belong to you and you may use them for commercial purposes without restriction.
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Details regarding the collection, use, and retention of your data are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
FlowCree strives to maintain a reliable and continuous service but cannot guarantee the absence of bugs, interruptions, or errors. We will not be liable for loss of profits, data, views, or opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
By connecting your TikTok account or other social networks to FlowCree for publishing, you also agree to the terms of service of those third-party platforms. FlowCree is not affiliated with TikTok or Meta.
We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the site. A notification will be sent to users in the event of substantial changes.
These ToS are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution is under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
