1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when visiting a website or using an application. Cookies allow the site to remember your actions and preferences (such as your login, language chosen, font size, and other display preferences) over a period of time.

2. How FlowCree uses cookies

Our philosophy is simple: we use only the strict minimum necessary for the correct operation of the SaaS application. We do not sell any of your browsing data to third-party advertisers.

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies (Functional)

These cookies are indispensable to allow you to navigate the platform and use its features. The site cannot function without these cookies.

  • Authentication tokens: Maintain your session securely open (JWT tokens, next-auth).
  • User preferences: Memorization of your language (via i18n), dark/light mode, active Workspace.
  • Navigation: To operate the support of client navigation with Next.js.

2.2 Analytics Cookies (Optional)

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the platform by collecting and reporting information anonymously (for example, the most visited pages, error rates on the AI generation tool). They are used to continuously improve the product for all content creators.

No personally identifiable information is stored in these analytical cookies.

3. Refusing or configuring cookies

At any time, you can choose to configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or be notified when a cookie is issued, its validity period, and its content.

However, please note that by disabling strictly necessary cookies, you will no longer be able to log in to the FlowCree platform or save your software progress.
